THE DARKGHOST CRIME LICENSE

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Material" means software, source code, object code, documentation, designs, content, and other works licensed under this License.
1.2 "Derivative Work" means a work based on or derived from the Material, including modifications, translations, adaptations, or combinations with other works.
1.3 "You" means the individual or legal entity receiving this License.
1.4 "Distribution" means the act of providing, disseminating, or making the Material accessible to third parties.

ARTICLE 2: GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this License, The DarkGhost Crime grants You a perpetual, global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and non-transferable license to:

2.1 Use the Material for any lawful purpose;
2.2 Copy and make copies of the Material;
2.3 Modify, adapt, or create Derivative Works from the Material;
2.4 Combine the Material with other works;
2.5 Publish, distribute, or transmit the Material or Derivative Works;
2.6 Sell or further license the Material or Derivative Works.

ARTICLE 3: ATTRIBUTION OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Any Distribution of the Material or Derivative Works MUST include the following copyright notice:

"The DarkGhost Crime (https://tdg-portal.pages.dev) is the copyright owner of this work. This work is licensed under TDG License v1.0."

3.2 In code form, attribution is included as a comment in the header of each file:

3.3 In documentation or user interface form, attribution is included in the "About", "Credits", or similar section.

ARTICLE 4: STRICT RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED from using the Material for:

4.1 Creating, spreading, or facilitating vulgar, pornographic, or sexually explicit content (ZERO TOLERANCE);
4.2 Any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation;
4.3 Violations of applicable laws in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia or international law;
4.4 Doxing, which is the dissemination of personal identity information (name, address, telephone number, citizenship documents, etc.) without explicit consent from the owner of that information;
4.5 Unauthorized hacking activities, data theft, or cyber attacks. Authorized security testing or research is permitted ONLY with explicit, verifiable permission from the system/target owner;
4.6 Spam, phishing, distribution of malware, or any other form of malicious cyber activity designed to compromise the security of others.

Violators of this Article will be subject to immediate license termination and permanent blacklisting.

ARTICLE 5: WARRANTY PROVISIONS

5.1 THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
5.2 THE DARKGHOST CRIME HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

ARTICLE 6: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The DarkGhost Crime, contributors, affiliates, or licensors be liable for:

6.1 Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
6.2 Loss of profits, data, business, or reputation;
6.3 Operational disruptions, system damage, or costs of procurement of substitute goods;

arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Material, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

ARTICLE 7: TERMINATION OF LICENSE

7.1 This License continues as long as You comply with all terms therein.
7.2 If You violate the provisions of Article 3 or Article 4, this License terminates automatically without written notice.
7.3 Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Material and destroy all copies You possess.

ARTICLE 8: GENERAL PROVISIONS

8.1 This License is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
8.2 If any provision in this License is declared invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in full force.
8.3 The failure of The DarkGhost Crime to enforce rights under this License shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights.
8.4 This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.

ARTICLE 9: LICENSE MODIFICATION

Only The DarkGhost Crime has the right to modify or publish new versions of this License. The modified License version applies to Materials released after the date of modification.
